|
Our two key aims are:
In order to fulfil these, InQbate will include within its remit utilising technology more effectively in the creative process, whether in the creative arts, design or every-day activities. Currently technology is most effective as a partner only when our ideas are already formed. Creative processes typically begin with less developed material and fuzzy notions of structure. The CETL in Creativity will enable the further application of technology to creative problem-solving tasks. Two Creativity Zones enable groups of individuals to come together, within a technology-rich environment, in order to communicate, share ideas and generate designs.
The Creativity Development Fund (available to staff and students) provides support of creative and innovative teaching and learning in both universities. |
